1977 Adi Da Samraj Writes the Essay “True Religion”, which is later published in The Enlightenment of the Whole Body.

His Divine Presence, Parama-Sapta-Na Adi Da, Writes:

“Religion’ is sacred activity. It is a formal, specific, and even bodily sacrifice. It is a total, whole bodily, and present sacrifice, or offering, of that which is oneself (not that which is other than oneself).”

Adi Da goes on to Say:

“Such ‘religion’, or sacred practice, is inspired and communicated via human Realizers who already abide in the ecstasy of this ‘self’-sacrifice. One who is such a Realizer becomes attractive to others, so they become rightly aligned to that one through love.

Such devotees are tested, instructed, initiated, raised up, absorbed, transformed, and sacrificed in the face of the one whom they love as Master of the ‘self’-sacrifice.” ~The Mountain Of Attention Sanctuary

1987 Adi Da Samraj Gathers with devotees and Gives the Talk “Cut the Strings”, in which He Says:

“The Reality-Way of Adidam is not a progressive fulfillment of the stages of life. Rather, it is a Means for directly transcending all of the developmental stages of life.

And the first real awakening of that Means, the instrument that quickens the process, is true Hearing of Me. It is the first great step.

The second is true Seeing of Me.

The third is Self-Identification with the Witness-Position, the beginning of the ‘Perfect Practice’.

So these are the principal signs that should appear. It is those signs that allow you to cut through the stages of life.”

Adi Da then Declares:

“Whatever you may be by birth, you can Realize Reality Itself. No doubt. That is very true, in principle. But it requires this greatness. It cannot be bypassed. There is Help, yes—but what is fundamentally required of you cannot be bypassed.” ~Adi Da Samrajashram
