His Divine Presence Parama-Sapta-Na Adi Da Samraj, Says:
“The Domain of Consciousness Itself, Which must ultimately be Realized to Be the Domain of Love-Bliss Itself (not separate from It)—is even Prior to, or previous to Most Perfect Realization of It. Consciousness Itself Is Always Already The Case, moment to moment.
No matter what arises, Consciousness Itself Is Always Already The Case. It Is Always ‘There’. In other words, It is always a ‘Locatable’ Factor and Domain. And nothing else is an always immediately ‘Locatable’ Factor or Domain. It is the primal Domain of ego-transcending practice.” ~Da Love-Ananda Mahal
