SACRED HISTORY for September 2nd

1987  Adi Da Samraj Gathers with devotees and Dispels the “view” of Reality proposed by egoity.

His Divine Presence, Parama-Sapta-Na Adi Da, Says:

The principal significance of egoity and bondage, or ego-bondage altogether, the principal result and effect of all of that is the inability to Recognize what is arising, the inability to Recognize its Source-Nature and Real Condition.

Egoity is to be trapped in appearances. That is what egoity is about. As soon as there is ‘self’-contraction, there is the loss of the Realization of Reality Itself and the inability to Recognize appearances for what they truly are in Reality.

When there is no ‘self’-contraction, no separateness, there is only What Is. Reality is Realized Inherently, and appearances are Inherently Recognizable in Reality. The Realization of Reality Itself and the Recognition of appearances is what the Reality-Way of Adidam is about, ultimately.

In Truth, whatever appears to arise as an ‘object’ of any kind is merely a modification of Self-Existing and Self-Radiant Energy or ‘Brightness’—and the Consciousness that views any ‘object’ is Self-Existing, One, Only. And the Energy, of Which every thing is an apparent modification, is simply the Self-Existing Self-Radiance of That Very Consciousness, or Divine Self-Condition. To be Awake is to See that This Is So. This Is Freedom, or Liberation, Enlightenment, Divine Self-Realization.

But This Same Reality That is Realized Most Perfectly in the seventh stage of life Is Always Already the Reality. It Is the Reality now. It Is the Reality In Which you are all ‘experiencing’, in this moment. Because of ‘self’-contraction, you propose various illusions, or you make propositions based on illusions, or you ask questions based on illusions, or you generate presumptions based on illusions, but that does not make Reality Itself any different than It Always Already Is.”  ~Adidam Samrajashram
