His Divine Presence, Parama-Sapta-Na Adi Da, Writes:

“When bodily existence is free of egoic ‘self’-contraction (and the compulsive stress of a mind that seeks release from the ‘self’-contraction via conditional states of ‘knowledge’ and ‘experience’), then attention is in an inherently free state.

When attention is at ease in relation to the body and its states or relations, then it is free to Realize the Source of attention and all of its possible objects.

And when That Source is Realized, the One Reality That Is both the Identity of consciousness and the Condition of ‘objects’ is tacitly Obvious.” ~ The Mountain Of Attention Sanctuary
