1993   In a Gathering with devotees, Adi Da Samraj Reveals the right and esoteric understanding of the ancient Ashvamedha Sacrifice.

His Divine Presence, Parama-Sapta-Na Adi Da, Says:

“There is an All-Sacrifice–a Sacrifice of everything and everyone–so that all beings, all things, all ‘worlds’, in effect, ‘grasp the Tail of the Horse’, in order to be returned to the Divine Domain. Only the Divine ‘Knows’ the Way to the Divine Domain. Only the Divine can Grant the Means for beings to find their way to the Divine Domain. The Divine, then, must Do the Great Work, Make the Great Sacrifice.”

Adi Da then Explains the True Divine Ashvamedha, Which is His Divine Avataric Work:

“In the fullest sense, My Performance of the True, or Divine, Horse-Sacrifice is not merely something I am Doing to Myself, or Enduring in this Body, or Doing to this Body. To understand My True Divine Ashvamedha, you must participate in it. My Divine Avataric Self-‘Emergence’ Is the True Ashvamedha–It Is the All-Sacrifice.”  ~Adi Da Samrajashram
