1995 Adi Da Samraj Gathers with devotees and Discourses on the cure for the wounded heart.

His Divine Presence, Parama-Sapta-Na Adi Da, Says:

“What is not used becomes obsolete—or, what you meditate on, you become.

If you give Me your attention, truly ego-surrendering and ego-forgetting, then you are not using all your former adaptation, or karmic patterning. It becomes obsolete by not being used and actually dissipates over time.

But if you do not practice such devotion, truly ego-surrendering and ego-forgetting, giving Me your attention, but let attention wander, then the body-mind-complex will provide all kinds of material to cause you to digress, wander, or become troubled.”

Adi Da Samraj then Concludes:

“You must always return to the fundamental principle of your practice, therefore—‘radical’ devotion to Me. But truly enact it, all the faculties surrendered in an ego-forgetting process of devotional Communion with Me, moment to moment.

This relationship to Me is the Cure, not an opportunity for you to continue your dramatization. Therefore, you must participate in this relationship rightly.” ~Adi Da Samrajashram
