SACRED HISTORY for  June 21st

1978  Adi Da Samraj Creates a Free Rendering of verses seven through twenty-six of chapter twenty-six, book eleven, of the Bhagavata Purana, which is later published in Love of the Two-Armed Form.

His Divine Presence, Parama-Sapta-Na Adi Da, Writes:

“Through the senses of the body, attention comes in contact with the various ‘objects’ of desire. The mind arises and moves when there is contact with the ‘world of experience’. But no one is disturbed by what he or she cannot see or hear or touch.

Therefore, a human being may transcend the ‘play’ of desire by turning his or her attention from things in themselves, yielding all attention to the Divine Person, through Divine Communion in the Good Company of the Realizer. In this manner, one’s mind becomes tranquil and clear. Then one may give up even one’s mind to the Divine ‘Self’, the Master of the human heart. When one is thus free at heart, one may live in the ‘world’ as long as it is given, but one will only Exist in the Domain of Real (Acausal) God.”  ~Muliwai, Oahu, Hawaii
